Please note that 3 short white light blinks and then off means charging is finished.

The device usually comes with some pre-charge, therefore on first use we recommend you charge the device for around 2-3 hours or until the light is off.

If your power is completely out of battery, it will take around 6-7 hours to fully charge it.
