Actions: Check the USB charging port to see if it's physically loose; if there is any movement with the port then this is the likely issue. Please seek a replacement from your place of purchase during the warranty period or contact ARAMAX for further issues.

Tips: Loose port can be caused by device failing during charging. Please try to stabilize the POWER device.
